NBA YoungBoy Sentenced to 27 Months, $25,000 Fine for Prescription Drug Fraud
Nov 18, 2024, 08:32 PM
Rapper NBA YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell Desean Gaulden, has pleaded guilty to 10 charges in connection to a large-scale prescription drug fraud ring operated out of his multi-million dollar home in Huntsville, Utah. As part of his plea deal, Gaulden has been sentenced to 27 months in federal prison and 60 months of probation, during which he is prohibited from consuming alcohol or drugs and possessing firearms. Additionally, he has been fined $25,000. The case, which was presided over by Logan District Judge Spencer Walsh, is now officially closed. Gaulden entered the courtroom with his head hung low and his sentence was suspended as he had already agreed to serve time for the related federal charges.
