3-Foot-Long Boa Constrictor Found on NYC Street, Corralled by NYPD

A 3-foot-long boa constrictor, believed to be a neighborhood pet, was found slithering across a street in the West Village, New York City. The New York Police Department (NYPD) officers received a 911 call about the snake and successfully managed to corral it. The snake was then transported to the nearest Animal Care Centers of NYC (NYCACC) for further handling.
