The U.S. Navy has deployed warships and aircraft to track a Russian naval flotilla after the Russian vessels, including a nuclear-powered submarine, sailed within 100 miles of the U.S. coast near South Florida. This deployment comes as the Russian fleet made a close pass to Florida in its approach to Cuba.
