Hong Kong police have arrested two men and two women in connection with the alleged abduction of a 3-year-old boy from a shopping center on July 3. The kidnappers demanded a ransom of HK$5.1 million (approximately $660,000) in USDT cryptocurrency. The boy's parents were instructed to download Telegram and purchase the USDT from an offline OTC store. The police successfully rescued the boy in the early morning of July 4.
