EU Extends Ukraine Military Support to 2026 with €409M; EUMAM to Cooperate with NATO

The European Union has extended its military support program for Ukraine, prolonging the mandate of the European Union Military Assistance Mission (EUMAM Ukraine) for two more years until November 2026, with a budget allocation of €409 million. The EUMAM mission, which has already trained 63,000 Ukrainian troops, will now cooperate with the NATO Security Assistance and Training Mission for Ukraine (NSATU) to coordinate aid and reduce duplication.
