Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine is aware of the locations where North Korean soldiers are being amassed, which are 50km from the border, and could act preemptively if given the necessary means. He specifically called out the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany for their inaction, suggesting that their apathy could cost thousands of lives. Zelensky also mentioned the logistics pipeline between Russia and North Korea, urging China to act if it truly advocates for ending the war.
