The incident occurred on Monday at 6:43 a.m., with the object reportedly flying 25 kilometers into Polish territory from the direction of Ukraine. Polish authorities have been searching for the object, which was detected by at least three radiolocation stations before losing radar contact. The object is suspected to be a Russian suicide drone, specifically a Shahid 136, although it was initially unclear whether it was a missile. The Polish army has deployed soldiers to locate the potential crash site of the drone.
