The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has issued a complaint against the producers of Netflix's reality dating show 'Love Is Blind,' alleging that the show's contestants should be classified as employees rather than participants. The complaint, filed against Delirium TV and Kinetic Content, accuses the producers of misclassifying cast members to strip them of labor rights, including the ability to discuss working conditions and speak publicly about their experiences.
