Lavrov Rejects Ukraine Truce, Calls for Enforceable Agreements, Ready to Consult Trump

Lavrov also noted that Russia has no illusions that Donald Trump's presidency will automatically lead to negotiations but expressed readiness to consult with the Trump administration on Ukraine.
