Jean Smart has won her second Golden Globe award for Best Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for her role as Deborah Vance in HBO's 'Hacks.' At the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, Smart was recognized for her portrayal of the veteran stand-up comedian navigating the changing landscape of the entertainment industry. In her acceptance speech, she quipped, 'I never thought I'd be so happy to be called a hack,' and added, 'We are in the middle of season four and we're still having a blast, thank you very much for this award.' With this win, Smart joins a select group of actresses with multiple Golden Globe awards in this category, following only Carol Burnett (5), Sarah Jessica Parker (4), Helen Hunt (3), and Cybill Shepherd (3). 'Hacks' is currently in production for its fourth season.
