The defense ministers of Japan, the United Kingdom, and Italy have agreed to accelerate the joint development of a next-generation fighter jet. The agreement was reached on Saturday during a meeting between Japan's Gen Nakatani, Britain's John Healey, and Italy's Guido Crosetto.
