VisitIsrael Strikes Hezbollah Rocket Facility After Ceasefire Violation Hours After Agreement
Nov 28, 2024, 01:20 PM
Israel has accused Hezbollah of violating a ceasefire agreement just hours after it was declared, following the detection of terrorist activities in southern Lebanon. According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Hezbollah operatives infiltrated restricted areas near the villages of Kafr Kila and Markaba. IDF troops identified the operatives, and a UAV fired a missile at their vehicle to drive them out. In response to a threat involving medium-range rockets stored at a Hezbollah facility, the IDF conducted an airstrike using fighter jets to neutralize it. The IDF remains stationed in southern Lebanon to enforce the ceasefire agreement.
