The Union Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the development of 12 Industrial Smart Cities under the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme. The projects will span 10 states and are strategically planned along six major corridors, including the Golden Quadrilateral, enhancing the country's industrial infrastructure.
