An American activist of Turkish descent, Esnor Ezki, 26, was shot in the head and killed by Israeli forces during a nonviolent protest in Beita, near Mount Sbeih, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank. The incident occurred during a weekly anti-settlement march. Reports indicate that Ezki, also referred to as Aaliyah, was participating in the protest when Israeli troops opened fire, leading to her fatal injury. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have not yet commented on the incident.
