Starbucks workers have expanded their strike to over 300 stores across 45 states in the United States, including major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, and Seattle. The strike, dubbed 'The Strike Before Christmas' and organized by Starbucks Workers United—which represents over 10,000 baristas and backs 525 stores—began on December 20th and escalated over the following days.
