FTC Fines Razer $1.1M for False N95 Claims, Orders Refunds

Razer Inc. has been ordered by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to pay over $1.1 million in refunds nationwide to customers for misleading marketing of its Zephyr face masks, which were falsely advertised as 'N95-grade' respirators with RGB features. In addition to the refunds, Razer is also fined $100,000 for the deceptive health claims associated with the product.
