China's Twin-Engine Unmanned Transport Aircraft with 2-Ton Capacity Flies in Sichuan
Aug 11, 2024, 10:00 PM
China's large, twin-engine unmanned transport aircraft successfully completed its maiden flight from the Zigong Fengming General Airport in Sichuan Province on Sunday. The aircraft, designed for smart logistics, features a cargo space of 12 cubic meters and a commercial payload capacity of 2 tons. This development follows the maiden flights of other Chinese transport UAVs, including the TP500 with a 500 kg payload and the HH100 with a 700 kg payload. The new aircraft is expected to play a significant role in the low-altitude economy.
