Three Israeli Security Personnel Killed by Jordanian Truck Driver in Allenby Bridge Shooting

Three Israeli security personnel, all men in their 50s, were killed in a shooting attack at the Allenby Bridge border crossing between Jordan and the West Bank on Sunday morning. The assailant, identified as a Jordanian truck driver, concealed a weapon in his truck and opened fire upon reaching the Israeli side of the crossing. The attacker was subsequently shot dead by Israeli security forces. Following the incident, all land border crossings between Israel and Jordan were temporarily closed. The Jordanian Ministry of the Interior has launched an investigation into the shooting.
