On December 18, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile strike targeting the Kamensky Combine, a chemical plant in Russia's Rostov region. The attack involved six U.S.-made ATACMS missiles and four British Storm Shadow missiles. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, all six ATACMS were intercepted, and three out of the four Storm Shadow missiles were also shot down, with one missile reportedly deflected, causing damage to a building on the site.
