Houston resident and software consultant Lee Mongerson Gilley, 38, has been charged with capital murder in the death of his pregnant wife. Gilley is accused of strangling his wife, who was also the mother of two, and then calling 911 to report her death as a suicide. Gilley remains in jail without bond. He appeared in a Houston courtroom, and the woman's family has released a statement regarding her death.
