Houston Man Lee Gilley Charged with Capital Murder in Pregnant Wife's Death, Allegedly Staged Suicide

Houston resident and software consultant Lee Mongerson Gilley, 38, has been charged with capital murder in the death of his pregnant wife. Gilley is accused of strangling his wife, who was also the mother of two, and then calling 911 to report her death as a suicide.
