A Chinese female tourist in her 20s was rescued 80 kilometers off the coast of Japan after being adrift at sea for 36 hours. The woman, who went missing after entering a bathing beach in Shizuoka Prefecture, was found near Chiba Prefecture with mild dehydration. She had drifted with a swim ring from Izu to Boso Peninsulas.
