A five-alarm fire broke out at a six-story apartment building located at 2910 Wallace Avenue in the Bronx early Friday morning, injuring seven people, including five firefighters. The fire, which started around 1:40 a.m., escalated quickly due to heavy winds, prompting a response from nearly 200 firefighters and emergency medical personnel. The blaze caused significant damage to the building, with flames visible on the top floor and roof.
