This initiative, which follows similar efforts by Solana Mobile, involves Vodafone Idea seeking $3 billion in debt to fund the project in India. The company's Chief Product Officer, David Palmer, highlighted the potential for blockchain technology in mobile gaming and anticipates approximately 5.6 billion digital wallets globally by 2030. Vodafone's long-term vision includes utilizing major blockchain platforms like Ethereum. Vodafone has 342.3 million users in India.
