Authorities in Delhi's Old Rajinder Nagar have initiated action against alleged encroachment following the drowning deaths of three UPSC aspirants at Rau's IAS Study Circle coaching institute. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has sealed the basements of 13 civil services coaching institutes in the area. Earth movers have been deployed to remove encroachments over drains. The incident occurred on July 27 at the Rau's IAS Study Circle coaching institute. Local administration and police officials are present at the scene.
