Franklin Fire Burns 2,800 Acres Near Malibu, 20,000 Evacuate Including Cher and Dick Van Dyke

A fast-moving wildfire known as the Franklin Fire is burning northwest of Los Angeles near Malibu, forcing evacuations and threatening homes.
