The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals denied Trump's bid to prevent the public release of the final report detailing the findings of Smith's investigations into the former president. However, the court upheld Judge Cannon's injunction, which keeps the report under wraps for an additional three days, delaying its release until at least Sunday.
