Wayne Noel, Suspect in 9-Year-Old's Abduction, Dies in Queens Police Chase

A 9-year-old girl was abducted and sexually assaulted in Queens Village, New York, on Thursday evening at approximately 7:21 PM. The suspect, identified as 64-year-old Wayne Noel, lured the girl from a Key Foods supermarket while she was with her grandmother. The incident occurred near 213 Street and Jamaica Avenue. The suspect wore a blue MTA baseball cap during the incident. Following the abduction, police launched a manhunt, and Noel was spotted the next day.
