IDF Strikes Hezbollah Sites Over Ceasefire Violations and Weapons Smuggling

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) conducted airstrikes targeting Hezbollah facilities in southern Lebanon and near the Syria-Lebanon border. The strikes in southern Lebanon were in response to detected terrorist activity, including the movement of a mobile rocket launcher and medium-range rockets, which the IDF claims violated the ceasefire agreement. Additionally, the IDF carried out airstrikes on military infrastructure near border crossings between Syria and Lebanon. These sites were reportedly being used by Hezbollah to smuggle weapons from Syria into Lebanon, further breaching the ceasefire conditions. The IDF stated that the operations, conducted by fighter jets, were intelligence-driven and aimed at neutralizing threats posed by Hezbollah's activities, including weapons transfer.
