Canada's Federal Court Dismisses No-Fly List Appeal by Suspected Khalistani Extremists
Jun 21, 2024, 10:05 AM
The Federal Court of Appeal in Canada has dismissed an appeal by Bhagat Singh Brar and Parvkar Singh Dulai, identified as Khalistanis, to be removed from the country's no-fly list. The two men, suspected of being Sikh extremists, were initially barred from boarding planes in Vancouver in 2018. The court found 'reasonable grounds' for terror concerns, leading to the rejection of their Charter challenge.
