Despite OnlyFans' claims of vetting every user and swiftly removing such content, a Reuters investigation uncovered numerous complaints in US police and court records. Since December 2019, there have been 30 documented complaints citing over 200 explicit videos and images of minors, including toddlers. Some children were left emotionally scarred.
