Model and Actress Dayle Haddon Dies at 76 from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning at Marc Blucas' Bucks County Home
Dec 28, 2024, 06:02 PM
Model and actress Dayle Haddon died at the age of 76 from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning at a home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on Friday, December 27, at a property owned by her son-in-law, actor Marc Blucas, and his wife, Ryan Haddon. Alongside Haddon, Walter J. Blucas, aged 76 and Marc Blucas' father, was found unresponsive and was hospitalized in critical condition. The carbon monoxide leak was attributed to a malfunctioning flue and exhaust pipe in the gas heating system of a detached office/in-law suite on the property. High levels of carbon monoxide were detected, leading to the hospitalization of two medics and treatment of a police officer at the scene for exposure. Haddon was also known for her work as a UNICEF ambassador and as the founder of WomenOne, an organization focused on educational opportunities for women and girls.
