Hoda Kotb has announced her decision to leave NBC's 'Today' show at the end of 2024, marking the end of her 26-year tenure with the network. Kotb, who has been a co-anchor for more than five years, shared her decision on air and in a letter to staff. She expressed that her children deserve more of her time, stating, 'I think my kids deserve a bigger slice of that pie.' Kotb is retiring after 17 years with the 'Today' show.
