Iranian Supreme Court Judges Razini and Moghiseh Killed, Third Judge Injured in Tehran Attack

Two senior judges of Iran's Supreme Court, Ali Razini and Mohammad Moghiseh, were shot dead in a targeted attack in Tehran on Saturday at approximately 10:45 a.m. The shooting occurred inside the Supreme Court building in central Tehran. A third judge, identified as Judge Miri, was injured in the attack. Local media reported that the assailant, reportedly a staff member of the judiciary, used a handgun to carry out the attack and then committed suicide. Authorities have arrested several staff members as part of the investigation and are treating the incident as a terrorist attack. Razini and Moghiseh were known for handling high-profile cases involving espionage and terrorism.
