Health Ministry Helicopter Crashes into Muğla Hospital Amid Fog, Killing Four

An ambulance helicopter operated by Turkey's Health Ministry crashed into Muğla Training and Research Hospital during takeoff on Sunday, killing all four people on board, including two pilots, a doctor, and a health worker. The helicopter, identified as an H135 model, was departing for Antalya when it struck the hospital's fourth floor due to dense fog. It then crashed into a nearby empty area. Emergency teams, including firefighters, police, and AFAD personnel, responded to the scene. Muğla Governor İdris Akbıyık confirmed the fatalities and stated that an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway. The Health Ministry expressed condolences to the families of the victims.
