An ambulance helicopter operated by Turkey's Health Ministry crashed into Muğla Training and Research Hospital during takeoff on Sunday, killing all four people on board, including two pilots, a doctor, and a health worker. The helicopter, identified as an H135 model, was departing for Antalya when it struck the hospital's fourth floor due to dense fog. It then crashed into a nearby empty area.
