Canada Adds Iran-Backed Houthis to Criminal Code Terrorist List

Canada has officially designated Yemen's Ansarallah, commonly known as the Houthis, as a terrorist entity. The group, which is backed by Iran, was added to the Criminal Code list of terrorist organizations on Monday as part of Canada's broader efforts to combat terrorism both domestically and internationally. The announcement was made by Canada's Minister of Public Safety.
