Zelensky Signs January 19 Decree Imposing NSDC Sanctions on Pro-Russian Propagandists and Revoking State Awards

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree that implements sanctions decided by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC). The sanctions specifically target pro-Russian propagandists, individuals who have collaborated with the enemy, and those aiding Russia in its ongoing conflict with Ukraine. In addition to these measures, Zelensky announced the revocation of state awards, stating that only those who truly dedicate their lives to Ukraine deserve the title of Hero of Ukraine. He indicated that further sanctions decisions are in preparation and will be announced soon.
