Two Bodies Found in Landing Gear of JetBlue Flight 1801 from JFK to Fort Lauderdale

Two bodies were discovered inside the landing gear compartment of JetBlue flight 1801 after it landed at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport from New York's JFK Airport around 11 p.m. on Monday, the airline said in a statement on Tuesday. The bodies were found during a routine post-flight maintenance inspection. Authorities, including Broward County sheriff's deputies and a medical examiner, are investigating the incident, which is centered around Terminal 3, home to JetBlue. It remains unclear how the individuals accessed the aircraft.
