Two Bodies Found in Landing Gear of JetBlue Flight 1801 from JFK to Fort Lauderdale

Two bodies were discovered in the landing gear compartment of JetBlue flight 1801 during a routine post-flight maintenance inspection at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The flight had departed from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City and landed around 11 p.m. on Monday. Authorities, including Broward Sheriff's deputies and a medical examiner, are investigating how the individuals accessed the aircraft. JetBlue stated, "The circumstances surrounding how they accessed the aircraft remain under investigation." The identities of the deceased have not been released.
