Petrobras and Ecopetrol have announced the largest natural gas discovery in Colombia's history. The Sirius-2 well, located in the Guajira Offshore Basin, contains over 6 trillion cubic feet of gas. This discovery has the potential to triple Colombia's current gas reserves, increasing them by 200%. The find is situated 77 kilometers off the coast of Santa Marta.
