Labour MP Mike Amesbury, representing Runcorn and Helsby, has been suspended by the Labour Party after CCTV footage emerged allegedly showing him punching a man to the ground during a late-night altercation in Frodsham, Cheshire. The incident occurred at approximately 2:48 am on Saturday morning outside a taxi rank.
