Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold's Office Mistakenly Posts 600 Voting System Passwords Online
Oct 29, 2024, 11:51 PM
The Colorado Secretary of State's office, led by Democrat Jena Griswold, mistakenly posted a spreadsheet on its website that included hidden tabs with voting system passwords. This error exposed over 600 passwords for machines in 63 of the state's 64 counties. The passwords were partially visible and could only be used with physical, in-person access to the voting systems. The office has since removed the information and insists that the election remains secure.
