Fanatics Sues Cardinals' Marvin Harrison Jr. for $1 Million Breach of Contract
May 19, 2024, 12:08 AM
Fanatics has filed a lawsuit against Cardinals rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. in the New York Supreme Court for breach of contract. The lawsuit claims that Harrison breached an autograph agreement signed in May 2023, valued at over $1 million, for autographed trading cards. Harrison’s team disputes the existence of any contract. The lawsuit also mentions a merchandise website, The Official Harrison Collection, which advertises Cardinals memorabilia.
