OpenAI, Financial Times Partner to Enhance ChatGPT with Licensed Content

This collaboration will allow OpenAI to use FT's journalistic content to train its AI systems and integrate attributed content, including summaries, quotes, and links to FT articles, into ChatGPT responses. FT CEO John Ridding emphasized the importance of transparency, attribution, and compensation in this deal. Additionally, the FT was already an Enterprise customer of OpenAI before becoming a partner.
