Sep 18, 2024, 04:26 PM
T-Mobile ($TMUS) has announced a multi-year partnership with OpenAI to develop IntentCX, an innovative intent-driven AI decision-making platform aimed at revolutionizing customer experience. Set to launch in 2025, IntentCX will analyze real-time data to understand customer intent, offer personalized solutions, and proactively engage with customers. Additionally, T-Mobile has formed a technology partnership with NVIDIA, Ericsson, and Nokia to advance the future of mobile networking with AI at the center. This collaboration includes the establishment of an AI-RAN Innovation Center to explore how AI and GPUs can enhance efficiencies in 5G and eventually 6G networks. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman confirmed that the customer data provided by T-Mobile will not be used to train its base AI models.
