Blue Origin's inaugural launch of its New Glenn rocket was scrubbed early Monday morning after multiple delays during the countdown. Scheduled to lift off from Launch Complex 36 at Cape Canaveral at 1:30 a.m. EST, the launch faced several setbacks and was ultimately scrubbed due to a subsystem issue. Spectators had gathered at Jetty Park, and Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos was present in mission control. The booster, named 'So You're Telling Me There's a Chance,' was set to land on the platform 'Jacklyn,' named after Bezos's mother. Despite the scrub, the company is expected to reschedule the launch, aiming to challenge SpaceX's dominance in the commercial space industry.
