Las Vegas police responded to a situation involving a person barricaded on a bus near Fremont and Charleston Boulevard, which began after 3:30 p.m. The incident involved a suspect armed with a knife. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) SWAT and crisis negotiators were dispatched to the scene, leading to the closure of Fremont Street from Charleston to Oakey Boulevard.
