Boeing's Starliner Set for First Crewed Launch to ISS from Cape Canaveral's SLC-41 on June 1

United Launch Alliance's Atlas V rocket has been rolled out to Space Launch Complex-41 (SLC-41) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in preparation for the June 1 launch of Boeing's Starliner Crew Flight Test (CFT) mission. The mission, set to launch at 12:25 PM ET, will be the first crewed flight of the Starliner spacecraft, carrying NASA astronauts Barry 'Butch' Wilmore and Sunita Williams to the International Space Station (ISS). The rollout began just after 10 AM ET on May 30. This mission is part of NASA's Commercial Crew Program, aiming to provide a second mode of access to orbit. Weather conditions are reported to be 90% favorable for the launch. This follows a series of delays, including a helium leak last month.
