VerSe Innovation Acquires Majority Stake in Valueleaf for $150-200 Million

VerSe Innovation, the parent company of DailyHunt and short-video platform Josh, has acquired a majority stake in Valueleaf Group, a digital marketing solutions firm. The acquisition, reportedly valued between $150 million and $200 million, is part of VerSe's strategy to enhance its ad exchange capabilities. The deal was completed in a cash and equity transaction. This marks VerSe's second major acquisition this year, following its purchase of the news subscription platform Magzter. VerSe anticipates that the acquisition of Valueleaf, along with its Nexverse.ai business, will contribute $100 million in revenues by the fiscal year 2025.
